Fax911 User Account Help
1. Finalizing account setup Open
After you sign up for Fax911 account you will receive an email that contains a link to set your password. Please follow the link and set your password to finalize your account setup.

2. Login Open
To login to your Fax911 account, goto www.fax911.com, enter your Fax911 fax number in the Fax # box and your password in the Password box, and click Login button. If your information is incorrect, you will receive an error message and will be prompted for your Fax911 Fax # and Password again. When the Fax911 Fax # and Password you entered match our records, you will be taken to your account Home Page.
Every account page after login will display Account Snapshot with your account name, account email, fax number, remaining credits, and referral credits accumulated in the current period.
If you forgot your fax number you can use the 'Forgot Fax # / Password?' link on the User Login page to retrieve your fax number. Enter your account email address and we will send you an email with your Fax911 fax number(s).
If you forgot your password you can use the 'Forgot Fax # / Password?' link on the User Login page to change your password. Enter your Fax911 fax number and we will send you an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. This email will be sent to your account email.
To ensure that you receive 'Forgot Your Password?' and 'Forgot Your Fax #' emails, please make sure you keep your account profile up-to-date.

3. Home Tab Open
Account Home Page contains a summary of your Fax911 account. Fax911 team will occasionally post important messages and notifications on your account Home Page.

4. Profile Tab Open
Profile page allows you to modify your account name, account email, billing email option, and password. The information will be saved only if you click Save button. If you wish to leave your password the same, do not modify the contents of Password and Confirm Password input boxes.

5. Fax Settings Tab Open
Fax Settings page allows you to specify up to three (3) fax email addresses and Fax Format.
Faxes you receive will be sent in email to fax email address(es) you configure. If more then 1 fax email address is specified, your faxes will be sent to all fax email addresses you provided.
Fax Format specifies your preferred fax file attachment format.
To save your new Fax Settings, click Save button.

6. Billing Tab Open
Billing page allows you to Make a Payment, configure Automatic Payment, and maintain a list of credit cards that you can use to make quick payments or quickly set automatic payments.
You will also see your recent Billing History information and, if there was a payment associated with a billing history event, you can view the invoice.

7. Refer-A-Friend Tab Open
Refer-A-Friend allows you to invite your friends/colleagues to sign up for Fax911 service. Enter at least one email address, optional custom text, click Invite button, and we will send an email to all provided addresses with an invitation from you. Your account's promotion code will be automatically included in the signup link in the email.
If your friend follows the signup link or use your promotion code when they sign up for Fax911 service, both you and your friend will receive one free month of service. You can see the number of referral credits you have accumulated in the current month in the Account Snapshot.
Every month there will be a referral prize drawing. You automatically enter into the drawing when you receive referral credit. The more referral credits you received in the current month, the more chances to win the referral prize you have.

9. Cutomer Support Open
Click on the Customer Support link in the footer of the page. The Customer Support page contains online user resources, a support question form, and a link to close your account.
